Since both rides are over in a few minutes, another aerial ride you can try which lasts much longer is by going on board a helicopter. To do this, you have to drive yourself to the Lake Tahoe airport. Unlike the two sky rides mentioned, there is a maximum of 3 passengers per flight.
For those who are not aware, Lake Tahoe was the setting for the famous show Bonanza in the 1950’s and 1960’s. Most of the outdoor scenes were shot at North Lake Tahoe near Incline Village.
